“I made it to the store and back”,s’more cookie recipe!

It doesn’t come quick and easy baking cookies from scratch when your a busy momma. We shouldn’t feel embarrassed about bringing the easy bake or already made cookies to a gathering or to your child’s classroom party. Listen up Moms, Dads and Caregivers, we worry far too much about “keeping up with the other mommas”, but I’m here to tell you that there’s really no need. And besides who’ll ever know that you made it to the store and back. Who cares if your cookies are the ones, I like to call, “I made it to the store and back”, at least the thought is there!

I mean really, you took the time to drive to the store, go in, pick out what kind of cookie you think would be best, paid for it, drove back home, prepped it, and lastly took the goodies to the next destination. Most importantly, your kid is happy and proud. No one will ever know you went to the store and back and if they ask about “your” recipe then tell them, and share away. Besides it’s not about making a cookie, it’s about creating a happy kid. Create away!

Grocery List

One Chocolately Chip Pilsbury Dough Roll

One Bag of small Marshmallows

@ Home List

Muffin Tin(reg size)

Small MicroTorch to lightly toast marshmallows

Cut the cookie dough ¾ inch slices, upon removing it from the package. Put each ¾ amount in the muffin tin and then follow baking instructions on the dough package. When baking is complete, poke a toothpick in the middle to ensure fully cooked, then add 3-4 mini marshmallows on top, then broil on low for 3-4 minutes. This is oven pending. Watch while it bakes/melts as you don't want to over cook. You want the marshmallow(see picture) to hold its shape. This may even toast your marshmallows without having to use the micro torch. Once the marshmallows have slightly melted on top, remove from oven, Wait 5 minutes to cool, then use your micro torch to evenly toast the top of each cookie. There you have it, you have now created a soft deep S’more cookie and “you made it to the store and back”. Quick, easy, and fun.
